Being in the health care field, our most important & valuable asset is our staff.  This starts from admin and dispatch to our EMT's and nurses in the field. As a family-owned company, we’ve been able to maintain a team-oriented atmosphere with personal attention to every detail on matters we encounter daily.

All supervisory staff continues to serve as field providers and/or dispatchers in order to maintain a realistic perspective and remain in touch with the needs of the field staff. Management’s open door policy allows for quality, safety and training issues to be addressed directly and immediately in a non-intimidating fashion.

Our staff utilizes well maintained equipment such as the Phillips MRx with capnography and NIBP, IVAC 3 channel IV Pumps, Lenovo laptops, Motorola portable radios, Sprint/Nextel phones and operate under progressive statewide protocols with local onsite medical direction.
